Our Del Tura Country Club home is 1568 sq ft under air with two bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining area, kitchen, lanai and a large Florida room overlooking the golf course and surrounding ponds. The home is a single floor layout with a two car attached garage with an electric golf cart. The master bathroom has a garden tub and a separate shower. There is a full guest bath that includes a tub and shower combination. The Florida room is located across the entire rear of the residence providing a beautiful sweeping view of the golf course and numerous ponds. The house is surrounded by tall pines and palm trees creating plenty of shade for those peaceful afternoon activities. The home is located on a culdesac which means the only traffic on the street is when one of the residents leaves or returns. If a truly quiet environment is what you seek, this home is exactly what you are looking for in a winter retreat. If all this was not enough, the back of the residence is located only a few hundred feet from the second largest recreation area in the community with tennis, a hot tub and the second largest heated pool in Del Tura. If you are thorough in your effort to find the best spot for a Del Tura winter stay, you will probably choose this home over nearly anything else you find. The rental rate is perfect and the location is ideal.

AREA DESCRIPTION

Our Del Tura Country Club home is located on SR41 in North Fort Myers, Florida. Downtown Fort Myers is only ten minutes from the Del Tura where every service, store and restaurant imaginable can be found. Just down the street from Del Tura is Del Prado Blvd, the main road that traverses through Cape Coral and intersects with Cape Coral Parkway. Across the street from Del Tura is a large Publix grocery store. A Super WalMart is located only a few miles south of the community. There is a large strip shopping area near the WalMart with plenty of shopping and a multi-screen movie theater. The bay bridge leading into downtown Ft. Myers is about ten minutes south of Del Tura. Lee Memorial Hospital is only five minutes beyond the bridge. A few miles passed the bridge is a large mall with all the typical places that exist around a retail complex of this type. There are plenty of fascinating places within a short drive of Del Tura. The island area of Ft. Myers Beach is a lovely forty minute drive down beautiful McGregor Blvd famous for the royal palms that line both sides of the road. The causeway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands are off this same road. Some of the best shelling in the region can be found on Sanibel Island. Naples and Marco Island are within a one hour drive down Interstate 75 or State Route 41.
